配送ポリシー

【配送料】

全国一律660円(税込)にて承っております。

基本的にポスト投函の配送方法にて配送しているため、ポストへの投函にて配達完了となります。サイズやそのほか事情によりポストに入らなかった場合は、郵便局へと持ち戻りが発生していることもありますので、必ず追跡番号にてお荷物の状況をご確認ください。

また、運送業者を指定することはできかねます。

【配送先の変更】

ご注文後の配送先変更については、当店から配送会社への引渡し前まででしたら対応可能となります。

ただご連絡いただいた時点ですでに配送会社へと引き渡しが完了しているものは、当店から配送先の変更を行うことはできませんのでご了承ください。

発送メールが届く前であっても、配送会社へと引き渡しが完了していれば住所やお届け先氏名の変更は承れません。

【商品引渡し時期】

前払いの場合、指定日が無ければ入金確認後4営業日以内で発送致します。

その他の支払方法の場合、指定日が無ければご注文後4営業日以内で発送致します。
