ふせんの活用アイディア5選

アイディア①タスク進捗管理

1.ふせん1枚に1タスク書き出していきます。
2.紙やホワイトボードに「これから」「対応中」「完了」などのステータスを書きます。
3.1で書き出したふせんをステータスに合わせて貼っていきます。
4.その後、ステータスが変わるたびにふせんを移動させていきます。

複数の業務を同時並行で行う方におすすめのタスク管理方法。今やるべき仕事が可視化されて頭がスッキリ！

アイディア②スケジュール管理

未確定の予定を書き込んで手帳に貼り付ける活用方法。

「もしかしたら、ランチいけるからあけといて！」などの予定も、ふせんで貼っておけばダブルブッキングを防げます。
予定が確定したら他の予定と同様に書き込めばいいし、予定がなくなってしまったらふせんをはがして捨てるだけ。

また予定の付随タスクなどもふせんで管理できそうですね。

アイディア③インデックス

書類の整理にクリアファイルに貼ったり、手帳の見出しに活用できます。
