[About customs duties]
Importers are responsible for paying customs duties. If the shipping company asks you to pay customs duties when the product arrives, please pay them.

Orders cannot be canceled or orders reduced due to customs duties.

[In case of defective product]

Please contact our store within 7 days after receiving the product. We will respond with a return or refund. (Depending on stock status, we may only offer refunds.)

[If you receive a product different from the one you ordered]

Please contact our store within 7 days after receiving the product. We will arrange for the correct item. Additionally, if the product is out of stock, we will issue a refund.

[If you made a mistake in your order, you may request a return or refund due to other customers' circumstances]

We do not accept any refunds, returns, or exchanges.

If you pay by Payday, the return handling fee for our service will be charged by Payday, so please pay it to Payday.

[If you fail to receive the product and return it to our store]

If the item is returned to us, we will confirm that the item has arrived at our store, and then cancel and refund the amount other than the shipping fee (5,500 yen). Please note that the shipping fee (5,500 yen) will be borne by the customer.

If you wish to have it resent, we will charge you a re-shipping fee (5,500 yen).
