Point card overview
With our point card, you will receive 1 point for each use of our online shop or Fukuoka Yakuin store.
We have special benefits available every 6 times, so be sure to get them. Points are the same for both the online shop and Fukuoka Yakuin store.
The card is valid only for the person in question. Transfer etc. is prohibited.
Also, there is no expiration date. Please note that points may be invalidated if fraudulent use is suspected.

-Q.What kind of goods do you have?
A.It varies depending on the season, so we will inform you when you contact us for exchange.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are unable to verify your past purchase history, so your order will be invalidated. Thank you for your understanding.

We cannot reissue your card, but if you contact us via LINE when redeeming your benefits, we will check your purchase history to see how many times you have used our store.
If your purchase history indicates that orders made after April 1, 2022 have reached the number of times the bonus has been granted, the bonus will be granted.
-Q.What if the delivery address is not the purchaser when using the online shop?
If the delivery address and the purchaser are different, such as as a gift, the card will not be included.
If the purchaser can contact us via LINE when redeeming the benefit, we will check the number of times they have used our store from their purchase history.
If your purchase history indicates that orders made after April 1, 2022 have reached the number of times the bonus has been granted, the bonus will be granted.
