I will visit and report on interesting stationery stores around the country and around the world.
Today I would like to introduce PEN'S ALLEY Takeuchi in Okazaki City, Aichi Prefecture, which I visited on my trip around spring.
Nearby, there was a park with a nice atmosphere where there were fashionable food trucks, and small cafes and clothing stores were dotted around. It was an area that I thought would be fun to live in.

Of course fountain pens and ballpoint pens! This is a stationery store in Okazaki City, Aichi Prefecture that handles various items such as stationery, postcards, and general stationery.

The first and second floors of the small building are occupied by a stationery store. The store I visited seems to have opened in 2014, and the interior is very clean.
It seems that they have also opened a stationery shop in nearby Anjo City.
Inside the store
On the first floor, there were many seasonal items and paper items on display. Since I visited in spring, the cards congratulating students on entering school were very noticeable.
Message cards, stationery, and stamps are also abundant. Also, although not shown in the photo, there were many different types of paper for sale towards the back.
There was a small rest area. I'm grateful because I like to try out stationery right after I buy it...
When I go shopping for stationery, I often have a letter or gift to send soon after I buy it, so it's convenient to have a work table.
When I got to the second floor, an old man greeted me. I wonder if it's an original character because it often appeared in pop-ups inside the store.
The variety of fountain pens is overwhelming. From simple items to luxury items that you may never have the chance to own...
There was also a counter where you could consult about maintenance after purchase.
Original ink comes in 12 colors! The bottle looks like a perfume bottle and is so cute.
In addition to pens and paper, there are also office supplies. It's really helpful to have a stationery store like this in your living area.
