ITエンジニアに聞いた!仕事を効率よくこなし働くコツ4つ

We asked an IT engineer! 4 tips for working efficiently

Hello, this is #Tennoshigoto Tools Store 🐱🌿

Today, I will introduce tips for increasing work efficiency that I asked an IT engineer 👩🏻‍💻⌛️

Things to be aware of in order to improve efficiency are:

Find the points where efficiency is decreasing and find ways to deal with them.

It seems important to keep this in mind every day and keep accumulating it🌻

Even if I was told that there is a point where efficiency decreases, it doesn't come up all of a sudden, so I asked for an example💪
Roughly speaking, there are four examples.

①Task
② Physical condition
③ Motivation
④Rules/Mechanism

① Improve efficiency regarding tasks and ② physical condition

①Task

Find tasks that take time and effort, find the cause, and eliminate them.

for example
Work with many mistakes
→Cause: The method is wrong, you are not used to it, you are not good at it
→ Countermeasures: Learn how to do it again, create a manual, do it until you get used to it, automate it.
I will think about ways to deal with it and make it more efficient.

② Physical condition

When you have a cold or are sick, you have no choice but to take a break, but if you feel sleepy, hungry, have swollen legs, or the office is cold, it's best to have a solution.

③Motivation and ④Efficiency of mechanisms and rules

③ Motivation

It's human. There are times when you just can't get motivated.
It's important to know how to keep yourself in a good mood during such times.
Please try various things.

④Rules/Mechanism

This is often the case with tasks inherited from someone else, but please review them to see if they include unnecessary procedures.

In addition, I think it would be a good idea to periodically review whether there are any unnecessary meetings.

It may not be possible to do it alone, but it would be best if you could prepare the environment!

There are major issues such as wanting to work in this kind of environment and wanting a system, as well as issues such as aisle seats being noisy and making it difficult to concentrate, and phone calls distracting, which can be resolved through discussion, so be sure to discuss them with your superiors and co-workers. Please take a look!
